At the 2022 IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory (ISIT) at Aalto University in Espoo, Finland, there will be an event for WITHITS (Women In the Information Theory Society), as part of the Social Program. 15 years ago, Prof. Muriel Médard started the WITHITS initiative, which was considered controversial at the time. It has now blossomed into a self-sustaining and vibrant community. Muriel is honored to be a panelist at this upcoming event.
