The Intellectual Property Awareness Summit, which took place in early May, just released its footage from its conference, including the video from the “Entrepreneurship & Inclusion – IP’s role in nurturing success” panel. This panel discussion was centered around the topics: “IP rights as enablers, women in leadership roles, and raising capital in the current environment.” Prof. Muriel Médard participated in this forum to share her perspective, and was accompanied by Arlyne Simon (Solutions Architect and Inventor, Intel; Author, ‘Abby Invents’ series), Madeleine Key (Innovation columnist for Forbes focusing on women and IP), Maysa Razavi (Moderna TX; ex-INTA counterfeiting executive), James Howard (Inventor, entrepreneur, educator; Chairman, Black Inventors Hall of Fame).
